There is a list of District Court Offices on www.courts.ie. WebbRyanair have had a huge backload but they are slowly working their way through it. They were planning to have refunded 90% of cancelled flights March - June by the end of July. I would think it would take longer to go through the courts than to wait for Ryanair to refund.
