WebJul 11, 2024 · Hello, as you can see in the attached images I have managed to snap the shock hardware on my Orbea Occum. Having only had the bike for 3 weeks I am very curious to see if anyone else has had this issue. From what I can tell it hasn't damage anything and after getting a replacement it should be fine but I am worried this will happen again.
