Web22 de set. de 2008 · When I started I only would have them out for 2 hours at most on average. That got up to 3 hours per day a few months ago. Lately I have them out for 4 hours. I am on 26 of 28. I should wear them longer. I do stupid stuff like after I'm finished eating, I take time to post to this forum instead of putting the aligners back in first. Web10 de ago. de 2024 · I find that I can only wear mine for 18 - 20 hours per day, and I'm on weekly changes. By day 5/6..I can feel the trays becoming 'loose' and my next new tray has always fitted perfectly. I guess as long as you are tracking well, you should be ok.
