The ICC generally updates the Incoterms® rules once a decade, and the most recent updates occurred in 2010 and 2024. The DAP Incoterms® 2010 definition was not significantly changed in 2024. There was a change to the similar Incoterms® rule DAT, though: it changed its name to DPU. More on that shortly.⁵
